Apologies up front, but I'm a *total* newcomer to MOOing who'd like
to get some pointers. I've read a little, and now I've decided it's about
time I actually try out some stuff to see how applicable it is to my context.
(1) I have a Mac. What software do I need, and where do I get it?
(2) My students have PCs. What software do they need?
(3) Are there any MOO sites particularly good for low level learners?
(4) Where can I get further info about it all ?!?
Please respond privately or publicly, whichever you feel is appropriate.
TIA, Miles

Miles,
You (and any other recipients of the list) are welcome to visit our MOO.
You can either dive in as a guest, or just click on BROWSE and get the
feel of the place. There are also some basic MOOing instructions, which I
found to be very user friendly. Go to: http://lingua.utdallas.edu/
and just click on what looks interesting. Enjoy!
